Preparation tank
     According to market requirements, We researches automatic system for liquid preparation , can realize no manpower operation during the process of preparation material,Operational system is simple and credible performance which avoids leaking preparation, and doing more preparation. Feed, ratio of preparation, agitation, sterilization are monitored during all course of preparation with dynamic display and live record of production parameter.


1. Body of shell adopts sanitary and asepsis grade design, each nozzle uses draw-treatment to form arc transfer avoiding clean dead angles direct socket weld causes.
2. Connections all use ISO standard quick clamp.
3. With function of CIP/SIP
4. It man use mechanical agitation and magnetic agitation with blade or impeller agitation.
5. Inner surface and up and down heads are treated to mirror, outer surface and vertical shell are mat
6. Heat jacket uses overall jacket or all coil jacket

Compared with preparation tank for thick solution, it has high temperature when medicine liquid enters into thin preparation tank ,so it can properly reduce heat area  and save cost of equipment.

 Remarks:  Since preparation tanks for thick and thin solution are all mounted in clean workroom, because existence of technical interlayer effects installation high, so limited high requirement workroom body of shell uses protruding bottom design
