DPP250S Plate Style Al-Al and Al-Plastics Blister Packaging Machine
 
  Al-Al and Al-plastics blister packaging for solid articles such as pills, capsules etc, in medical industry, chemical industry, light  industry and food industry. Main Function: Ultralumin (PVC) blister packaging, automatic material filling, PTP Al foil pressing and hot-sealing, printing batch number,  pressing slitting line, cutting medicine card.

1.Heating board temperature control detection, overload protection for principal motor,PVC and PTP packaging material level detection.
2.Mechanical friction wheel speed reduction and regulation, which is superior to mechanical constant-ralio speed reducer in speed regulation and driving.
3.Each mould box same splined shaft driving, ensuring driving rigidity and absolute synchrony.
4.Open layout, each box is movable, and with numeric display, easy and convenient to adjust.
5.Adopt modular design, flexible matching, can collocate different feeder, convenient to replace, install and adjust.
